Arts & Crafts Rules & Guidelines

2011 FRONTIER DAYS ARTS AND CRAFT SHOW MEDIA: 
All media of arts and crafts. 
Only original works may be sold
NO KITS ASSEMBLIES OR IMPORTS. 
NO FOOD BOOTHS UNDER THE TENT SPACES: 
Spaces  will be available in the tent on a first come-first service basis.  Outside spaces will be available,  you will be responsible for your tent or shelter.            
Spaces will be approximately 10’ x 8’           
Rental Fee:  Craft Booths - $ 15.00 per 10’ x 8’ spaces.                                   Food Booths - $ 25.00 per 10’ x 10’ spaces.                                   
Games according to the space needed.                                     
NO SPACES WILL BE CHANGED ONCE ASSIGNED. 
SET UPS:  Saturday September 24th before 9:00 A.M. 
After unloading and before setting up your booth,  please move your vehicle to the parking area.  All Exhibitors must exhibit the full hours of the show.  Anyone leaving the show early will be banned from doing other shows sponsored by The Eva Art Guild.  The only exception to this rule would be if the exhibitor was sold out of merchandise. 
NO SMOKING INSIDE THE TENT,  PLEASE!!!!!!
We cannot be responsible for the loss of any item,  therefore each booth must be manned at all times. 
REFUNDS:  Applicants are accepted on a first come – first service basis.  If you application is not accepted your money will be returned promptly after the deadline. 
After you application has been accepted,  there will be no refunds. 
REQUIREMENTS:  ALL MEDIA OF ARTS AND CRAFTS. 
NO PREMADE ITEMS. 
DEADLINE:  SEPTEMBER 21,  2011. 

EVA FRONTIER DAYS
BAKING CONTEST RULES 
1.     There will be (4) four categories for baking:
     Cakes, Cookies/Bars, Pies and Bread.
2.     All Jams & Jellies (1) one category.
3.    They must all be made from scratch, no mixes can be used.
4.     You must furnish a recipe with entry for baking. 
     Jams etc just furnish a list of all ingredients.
5.     All entries must be in by 11:00 AM at Eva City Hall.
6.     Cash Awards – Each categories, first place $ 25.00, Second place $ 15.00 and third place $ 10.00.
7.     Winners will be announced at 3:00PM.
